The Heart Tissue Bank only stores the data for which you have given permission.

If you have explicitly given permission to also receive information about the Netherlands Brain Bank, we will pass on your contact details to the Netherlands Brain Bank.

Furthermore, the Heart Tissue Bank will only provide your personal data to third parties if there is a legal obligation or basis as referred to in Article 6 of the GDPR.

When the Heart Tissue Bank provides your data to a third party, we guarantee your privacy by concluding a processing agreement in which agreements are made about how your personal data must be handled.

The website www.hartenbank.nl only stores functional cookies and no personal data.

Changes

Changes to this privacy statement will be published on the Heart Tissue bank website. Changes made to this privacy statement will never conflict with the GDPR.
